Group Classes

If you love the energy of NYC group fitness, but still want to feel like you’re getting personalized attention, our group classes are for you!

Our group classes are limited to 8 people and our experienced coaches always put form first, ensuring that your safety is paramount.

Group classes are a great way to get your workout in while also making some new friends in the city!

And the best part? We have something for everyone!!

  • Kettlebells are one of the most functional pieces of equipment, which is exactly why we love them! Feel better in your daily life, by improving your strength and conditioning through out Kettlebell class. You will learn new skills and be challenged through flows and circuits, led by our expert coaches!

    Advanced/Intermediate - Saturdays At 9:30am

    We recommend this class to those with 6+ months of kettlebell experience OR those who feel comfortable working single arm and double kettlebell movements.

    Beginner/Intermediate - Saturdays At 11:00am

    Our beginner/intermediate class is perfect for anyone new to kettlebell training! Whether this is your first time with a bell or if you've been working with bells for less than 6 months, this is the perfect class for you!

    Barbell Club is a technique-focused class to help you buil confidence in your barbell work. Open to all levels!

    Beginners:

    Learn proper form in a safe, educational environment. We will practice with mobility sticks before moving on to weight to ensure safety.

    Advanced:

    Get your technique checked by a coach. Learn tips and trics on how to feel the strongest in our lifts!

    Join us for our (very casual, no stress) run club! We run at 2-3 different groups, depending on group size, so whether you're walking or running, we'd love to move with ya:)

    Join us after for food, drinks, and a little hang with the community - Location is TBD!
